GENERAL CONTRACTING

Our philosophy of General Contracting is to proactively work closely with all members of the Project Team to identify specific project challenges and opportunities in order to develop thorough strategies to meet strict schedule and cost objectives.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Berghaus’ pre-construction services include design review, construct-ability analysis, value engineering, as well as detailed, accurate and easy to understand estimates. By maintaining a variety of disciplines and expertise within our organization, and utilizing state-of-the-art technologies, we ensure our clients the best quality and cost returns on their construction budget(s).

DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Our collaborative approach to Design-build brings our design team and other stakeholders together in a focused, team-oriented relationship, and perfect delivery system to offer our clients the desired outcome both in the private and industrial sector.

VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Berghaus has adopted Virtual Design as a process that enhances our services in order to deliver the best designs to our clients. The Project Team has developed a strategy where Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) is implemented in order to mitigate risk to the project’s budget or schedule. This allows for better review of design documents, more accurate project schedules, and to become more proactive with issues that may occur within the field.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We offer a construction management process that exceeds the client’s expectations through structured and consistent systems and procedures, applied by a highly-talented Project Team specially selected for each project based on their relevant experience and capabilities.

OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE

Today’s complex construction projects demand an experienced client’s advocate to ensure client’s best interests are being met in all aspects of the project. Our Owner’s Representative Services ensure best-in-class performance and clear communication among Owners, contractors, vendors and architects. Throughout the project our team will help control expenditures and improve processes.
